Tim, it’s wonderful to hear from you, and this affirmation means a lot to me! I was planning on reaching out to you after I wrapped up a couple projects I’m in the middle of, to see if you’d be interested in an interview talking about the uses of White antiracist history. I completely agree with you about the potential for these histories to facilitate a different type of White identity and prevent radicalization… in fact I was planning on reaching out to Christian Picciolini at some point to explore his thoughts on that. I appreciate your offer of support – the main thing the project needs is fundraising, and I’m hoping the vision statement compels people to contribute to the Go Fund Me. Whatever you can do to elevate the vision statement and guide people towards potentially supporting would be amazing. (Right now I’m working as a substitute teacher so I have flexibility to focus on this project, so the less I have to do that the quicker I get this off the ground.) Looking forward to reading your forthcoming piece, and delighted to have heard from you!
